Position Overview Under the direction of the Legal Services Manager, the Legal Administrator will provide primary support for administrative responsibilities in the day-to-day operations of the Legal Department and supports the administrative needs of the Legal Services Manager, Vice President-General Counsel and Assistant General Counsel. Shift Second Shift: 8:00am-4:30pm, Monday-Friday, or as job responsibilities require Functions Prepare documents as requested for review and approval Assist in organizing and preparing for large legal projects Assist in the enforcement of the Standard Process Resale Policy Provide administrative legal support for general counsel, assistant general counsel and legal services manager Organize, maintain and track files and records? paper and electronic Oversees general office administration and provides support in a variety of areas and functions Coordinates all general administrative activities as needed Follow timelines and coordinate meeting schedules Prepare and edit memos, letters and other correspondence using word processing, spreadsheet, database, or presentation software as needed Obtain and monitor the use of services, supplies or equipment for the office Qualifications Education Bachelor?s degree preferred or if Associates degree Legal experience is a must Experience 2 years of experience in legal office setting Experience in an executive assistant, administrative or coordinator role Experience using Microsoft Office programs Experience gathering and analyzing data and generating reports Experience managing projects Specialized Knowledge and Skills Ability to work independently, multi-task, and prioritize Necessary Competencies Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) Attention to detail and accuracy Ethics/Integrity/Confidentiality Initiative Interpersonal Personal Accountability/Professionalism Planning/Organizing Problem Solving Maintains confidentiality at all times Apply today and become part of the Standard Process family Standard Process understands the importance of diversity and believes in providing equal employment opportunity for all employees and applicants for employment.
