What your impact will be at our client:
As the Customer Service Representative you will be handling customer inquiries. You will monitor compliance of federal and state regulations for transaction resolutions. You will also perform other related duties that are assigned. In addition you will be in direct contact with customers and clients to problem solve issues and follow up on resolutions.
What our client is looking for:
Our client is looking for someone who has a minimum of two years experience in high volume customer service and banking settings. You will need to demonstrate a strong proficiency in 10 Key and the capability to learn new computer software. You must be able to handle a number of large projects. Most importantly you must have excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with all levels of the organization.
