The IT Security IAM Analyst is responsible for maintaining Identity & Access management (IAM) program and standards for all DOT staff. This position manages employee access to DOT resources (such as email, file systems, applications and remote access) and primarily administrators employee on-boarding, off-boarding and transfers. Administrative technical support consists of providing agency expertise on the configuration and daily production support activities including problem and change management, performing administration of Mainframe Resource Access Control Facility (RACF), Active Directory, state enterprise IAM, two-factor authentication(RSA), and web filtering services(Zscaler). Problem resolution and consulting activities may include other state agencies and vendors. This service is in collaboration with other divisional business units, Human Resources, and Department of Administration Division of Enterprise Technology (DOA/DET). In addition, this position is responsible for Identifying Lifecycle and Access Management; with activities including Create, Read, Update, Delete (CRUD).
This position reviews and recommends policy standards, procedures and guidelines for utilizing corporate security, including tools and methodologies. This support involves multi-platform, multi-operating system implementation in a large, complex, existing professional development environment.

Minimally qualified candidatesmust have the following:
-Experience with one or more of thefollowing IAM tools: NetIQ DRA, CayoSoft, ADUC (Active Directory Users and Computers)
-Working knowledge of file and folder permissions in Windows environment (file/folder access, permissions, role-based access, etc.)
Highly qualified candidates may have the following:
-Experience providing security administration in an IBM mainframe environment
-Experience in user provisioning such as access management, on-boarding, off-boarding, transfers
-Advanced knowledge in mainframe automation programming languages such as Computer Assisted Related Language Adaptation (CARLA) and Resource Access Control Facility (RACF)
-Experience providing consultation with audit and compliance requirements
-4 or more years of related experience in Information Security
